I have a Senegal and she is bigger than the birds described for this item. Might she need a bigger birdbath?

Yes, the dish shown would be too small for your Senegal.

We have seen larger bird baths made for cockatiels but they are bulky and oddly shaped, fitting not every cage.

For larger birds, we recommend using a heavy glass pie plate or attaching a large (30 oz) bolt-on coop cup dish on the side of the cage and letting the birds have a good time.
