Fill your bird’s food container with as much food as it will consume in a 24 hour period. For parrots, that may range from ½ to ¾ cups of food per bird, and for larger birds (macaws and cockatoos), the portion may range from 1 to 1¼ cups per bird. Adjust feeding portions accordingly to meet your bird’s specific dietary needs. Supplement with fresh fruits and vegetables.
