WOW! God bless you and Catherine for being such GREAT parents to all of your birds and for now adopting Barney 🙂
He seems to be adjusting just fine and he now has a WONDERFUL new home.

I can’t believe the cage he was kept in. What a mess!
You both take such good care of all of your birds and you provide them with such a loving home environment. It is really nice to see.
Your birds all look so well taken care of and healthy.
Barney is a BEAUTIFUL cockatiel!
You both have such BIG hearts 🙂 Thank you for sharing Barney’s story with me!
Good Luck with Barney!
Susan
P.S. I don’t know how you are able to keep up with the upkeep of each of their cages.
That’s a HUGE job!
Oh yes, I know all about seeds all over the floor.
Seymour just LOVES to watch me bend with my bad back.
I spread out a big garbage bag on the floor so that’s been helpful and makes cleanup a little easier.
That is the worst part of having a bird.
P.S.S. Seymour’s beak is looking MUCH MUCH better than the day I sent you the pic of her beak 🙂
It isn’t noticeable anymore and the dent filled in, thank God.
Laugh when you can, apologize when you should, let go of what you cannot change. Kiss slowly, forgive quickly, play hard. Be kind. Take chances, give everything you have, no regrets. Life is too short to be anything but happy…
