No Howard, birds cannot have garlic.
It is toxic to them in any form be it powdered, raw, cooked, or processed.
Garlic contains a chemical called allicin. Allicin can cause anemia in birds, it can also cause the bird to become weak
To be safe, do not add any other seasonings like salt, onion, or cayenne pepper to a bird’s diet either.
