I have “Rascal” my cockatiel all fitted out with Lights, a heater, different size perches, and chew toys…all types & sizes.
We operate Windy City Parrot and our social stores from a large historic (1928) “bungalow.”
About 20 years ago the building suffered a fire that was extinguished by the Lowell volunteer fire department 3 minutes away by a fire truck.
I was reading your article from today, and you mentioned a moon light.
Is there such a thing and where are they available for sale?
I am also wondering if the 72-hour light, you mentioned, might be worth a try?

I have a full spectrum light above her cage, and turned it off hoping it would help. I have reduced her hours of daylight and she is now getting 12 hrs of sleep.
